2 cup | Besan flour |
2 cup | Mixed vegetables |
4 nos | Potato (boiled and mashed) |
2 nos | Onion medium ( chopped) |
2 tsp | Red chili powder |
2 tsp | Coriander powder |
tsp | Turmerc powder |
1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
Oil (for deep frying) | |
Salt (as per taste | |
Coriander (finely chopped) | |

Instructions
first mix the besan flour with enough water to semi liquid consistency.then place a big kadai on stove.Add enough oil for frying and add the sliced onions to it,then add the ginger,garlic paste and saute for 2 mts,then add the vegetables[carrot,beans,peas,cauliflower,and beet root]and saute foe 2 mts ,now add theturmeric powder,chilly powder[to your taste]dhania powder and garam masala powder and add enough water and salt to cook the veggies.When they are cooked add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix well.Now keep the stove in sim and slowly add the besan flour and mix quickly with the veggies before it forms to lumps.mix well and off the stove.let it cool,add coriander leaves and make sweet lime size balls.heat oil in a kadai and when it is hot flatten the balls to cutlet shape and deep fry them in oil.enjoy with sauce.
Notes
we must be careful while mixing the besan and this must be only deep fried
