this veggie soup can be made in minutes,packed with all natures goodness,it can also be a full meal on a busy day.
Ingredients | |

1 no | Onion medium ( chopped) |
1 cup | Broccoli florets |
Frozen peas/fresh peas | |
2 nos | Carrots sliced(medium sized) |
8 nos | Beans (chopped) |
Frozen corn | |
1 cup | Cauliflower ( cut into small pieces ) |
2 T | Butter |
2 T | All purpose flour |
3 cup | Milk |
1 cup | Water |
Instructions
1.take a big,mainly heavy bottom sauce pan,melt the butter
2.add the onions,fry till they r translucent.
3.add the all-purpose flour slowly ,make sure they get mixed well with out any lumps.
4.now add all the vegetables,fry for 2-3mins,add water and close the lid.
5.once the vegetables r half cooked,add milk and make sure the flame is kept low.
6.within 5 mins the soup tends to thicken, switch the flame.
7.add pepper and salt as required and serve.

hi all,this one the all time favourite dish in my family and among my friends .u can blend a little amount of this dish (with out the all-purpouse flour) and give for infants above 7-8 months,those have started heavy food like rice.
