CORN SALAD

CORN SALAD :

           Preparation time : 10 mins 

It is very healthy, delicious one., all ages of people will eat especially children likes very much.

Ingredients:

   Corn Kernals – 1 cup 

    salt a pinch

    Grated carrot  – 3 tsp

    coriander leaves – 1 tsp( for garnishing if needed)

    lime juice a little little amount

    pepper powder a pinch ( if needed).

 Preparation:

    Take one bowl mix corn kernals, grated carrot, salt pepper powder.

   Pour little lime juice, finally garnish the coriander leaves . It looks like colorful salad ,we can eat as breakfast, or evening

snack before tea we had this.

NB:

  If you get unboiled corn , pour some water to boiled that and take the kernals 1 cup. This is the normal method.

   If you couldnt get unboiled corn get the frozen corn and (dont pour water to) boil it for microwave or in the normal method.
