This is one of my favorite dish.

1 lb | Chicken wings |
1 T | Ginger & garlic paste |
1 T | Chilligarlic paste |
½ T | Chilli powder |
½ T | Vinegar |
1 T | Dark soy sauce |
1 T | Curd |
½ T | Rice flour |
1 T | Corn flour |
Red food color | |
Oil for deep frying | |
Salt to taste | |
T | Ajinomoto |

Clean the chicken wings. From 1 chicken wing u can get 2 lollipops sticks. so cut 1 wing cut in to 2 pieces. Take bowl mix red chilli powder, , food, colour, ginger garlic paste, food color,ajinomaoto, vinegar, chilligarlic paste, curd and make a thick paste. Coat this masala in the chicken pieces. Let this marinate for at least 2 to 3 (over night is best) hour in the refrigerator. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry on low medium flame for about 6 to 8 minutes or until it turns dark brown on all side. Drain excess oil and rap with silver foil.

i thought some people use gin to make lollypop is that correct

Yeah! you can cook in oven also add some butter to the masala before marination.
Hi Deepu, The chicken lollipop looks so sumptuous…is it possible that we can have the same preparation done by grilling them in an oven cos my hubby doesnt prefer deep fried chicken? Devi.
