½ tsp | Garam masala powder |
¼ tsp | Pepper powder |
¼ tsp | Cumin powder |

¼ cup | Bread crumbs |

Instructions
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise thinly so that they looks like fingers, wash them thoroughly add the redchilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin seed powder, pepper powder, salt to the chicken pieces n marrinated them for 1 hour, can keep them in fridge r in room temperature..
After an hour, beat the egg in a bowl r plate nicely..take the bread crumbs in another plate..take the chicken pieces one by one dip them in the beaten egg n roll them well in the bread crumbs..arrange them in a plate..Heat oil in a kadai, once the oil is hot, deep fry these chicken fingers in batches until they turn brownish..serve hot with ketchup..can also keep in fridge to fry them for evening snacks in case if u would have prepared them earlier..
