I love the Chilly Parotta[vegetarian dish] served at Sangeetha hotel in chennai.Its also called as Kothu Parotta[Non veg dish] .Never thought that i would make this kind of a parotta at home. I tried making them with the frozen parottas available here and it came out really very well.I made an attempt with a few veggies and instead of green chillies i ve used chilly powder..This recipe is a mix of Chilly and Kothu parotta..[:P]…Vegetarians can avoid eggs and follow the rest.
