Ingredients:kollu-1 cupjaggery-1/4 cupgrated coconut-1/4 cupelakai-2 No.Method:soak kollu in water for 5 hours.cook the soaked kollu in pressure pan.Drain the water(drink it..which reduces weight)and smash the cooked kollu.Add grated coconut,powdered elakkai and jaggery to the smashed kollu and mix them well.make that as kozhukattai and cook it in idly pan for few minutes.
