This recipe is name English stew because only English vegetables are used in this. ie… Capsicum, carrots, potato, ginger, beans/french beans, green peas, cauliflower [ optional] For the coconut milk – one full coconut can make three levels of milk, the last milk can be generously made with extra water.
Kerala aapam is supposed to be a different version of Dosa. Hope you will all like it. This is usually made in aapa chatti , it can also be made in a thick bottomed usual kadai .Cook the aapam with a lid and remember NOT to turn the aapam [ only one side is cooked]
This chicken kurma preperation is different.and easy too….I learnt it from my kerela friend… This kurma goes well with parota and rice ……just try it out…..

Roti Canai is a popular Malaysian style fried bread similar to our Kerala style Parotta. Flour, eggs, milk and loads of fat mainly ghee or margarine is used to give a flaky texture. The process is similar to our Parotta but with extra ingredients which alters the taste and texture. Another popular version from Singapore is called Roti Prata, similar ingredients and process except for the folding. Roti refers to bread in Malay.
