Recently I am into baking.Trust me itzz really interesting..This is my first attempt on cookies.I was excited to see the result.Searching for so many cookies recipe in the internet and at last i ended up in Peanut Butter cookies without flour, that was easy too.I always like to add my own touch to the recipe and like to experiment on it..Coming to the point PBC without flour ended with flour 😉 and that became a PBCC(Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie).I will tell u how.

Dill with sateed mushroom in peppery masala. Fresh Dill is very fragrant and sweeter with little bit of fennel and ajwain flavour. Suits well for soups, pickles and some curries. Here is my attempt to combine it with Mushroom and pepper.

A hoagie is an elongated bread roll stuffed with a selection of meat, cheese, greens and veggies. Here's my version of Hoagie sub with ham, bacon, chicken, onions, peppers, lettuce, cilantro and cheese stuffed in toasted wheat roll.
