Simple recipe
This is a kind of chettinadu dish which is the substitute for our Rasam, this dish is mainly made with kalani thanni.
Aviyal is one of the kerala dish…and here you go
Ingredients:
Vegetables – drumstick – 10 pieces (if frozen), brinjol – 2 nos, Raw banana (vaalakai) – 1 no, carrot – 1 no, beans – 6 nos, suran(seenai kilangu) – 10 small cut pieces, raw-mango – 2 small pieces
Green chillies (crushed) – 7-8
grinded coconut – 1/2 mudi (grinded with 1 tbsp of cumin seeds)
coconut oil – 3 tblspn
Fresh curd – 1 tblspn
Ingredients:
* Finely chopped Cabbage 1/2
* Grated carrot 2
* Noodles 1 cup
* Soya sauce 1 tbsp

1 tbsp Coriander seeds |
3-4 Red chillies whole |
6 medium sized Potatoes |
2 tbsps Oil |
