Basically we will do medhuvadai with urad dal, here i did with maravallikizhangu with urad dal..its tastes to good, healthy…as we know that tapioca r very rich in carbohydrates, its very good for kids n adults, one of the easiest way to insert tapiocas in our dishes..none will find out the difference between usual medhuvadai..when i told that i did with tapioca, everyone were surprised n we added this vadai in our festive recipes..here we go..
