Here is my new attempt towards making Fish gravy with absolutely no tamarind.
Bajji Batter
In a vessel add gram flour,rice flour, salt , little garam masala powder,kesari colour,corn flour with water and prepare batter for bajji. keep it aside.
For masala (stuffings)
kachayam is basically tamil nadu famous sweet which is very easy and quick recipe
Ingredients:
Banana-2 N0.
Jagerry-1/4 cup
boiled milk-1/2 cup
Method:
Peel out the banana and smash it.
Add boiled milk and jaggery to it.
beat it with a spoon….dont grind it(it may go watery) and seve it.
for a different taste u may even add 1/4 cup of grated coconut.
Cabbage is one of the versatile vegetable n with plenty of vitamins, can do varieties of dishes from this vegetable, i tried it out as Medhu vadai..was really tasty n goes well with kaarakuzhambu n sambar…
Grapes is fruit which we get in bunches and it is of two types white grapes and red grapes. Grape squash is an indian preperation of making juice in to a concentrate and for storing it.. Here i have used essence and preservatives also. the preservative i have used here is sodium benzoate. This is a very common preservative used for squashes and crushes. try it out..enjoy

Here is what i made with chicken and potato with coconut milk…Chicken Kurma!!!
boil and peel the egg covering and keep aside
take long sliced onion fry in little oil till it becomes light brown
add tomatoes ad bit salt fry along till oil comes out
add turmeric and chilly powder
add ginger grlic paste and fry
add one cup water and allow to boil add eggs which are cut length wise into half
boil till it becomes thick
add half cup of cocunut milk
boil for 2-3 minutes
garnish with coriander leaves
eat with chapathi,idli, fried rice dosai
