Ing.
Boiled egg-3
G.g.peste-1/4
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt -1/4 tspl
Oil-2 tbsp
Method
In a vok fry g.g.paste in oil, now add 1/2 cup water and the above ing. and let it boil for 1 min.
Now add egg and saute it till it thickens.
Later cut egg into 2 halves and saute well with the masala.
Close it with a lid and sim flame and let it for 2 min or till it bubbles.
Serve hot.
