A refreshing and healthy dish for evening snaks.
| Ingredients | |

| 1 no | Grated beetroot |
| 30 cnt | Soaked groundnuts |
| 1 no | Finely chopped capcicum |
| 1 no | Grated ginger |
| 1 no | Coconut |
| 1 tsp | Lime juice |
| 1 no | Coriander (finely chopped) |
| 1 no | Curry leaves (chopped) |
Instructions
Mix all the ingrdients well. Add seasoning and salt to taste. This serves as a refreshing evening snak:)
