Ingredients
1 no Gaint brinjal
1 no Onion
1 no Tomato
3 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oil

Instructions

cut the gaint brinjal as small as possible

take pan put oil add onion fry till golden brown

add tomatoes and garlic ginger paste

add bit salt to it

fry till oil separates out

to that add cut brinjal

add spices (turmeric,chilli powder,coriander powder )one by one

add cup or water

allow to cook for 5-10 minutes

mash it with parupu matu or spoon

cook till it become thick bb

serve with hot chapathi

Notes

easy to cook

less time takinbbbbg delicious gravy
