| 375 g | Maida |
| 200 g | Butter or margraine |
| 200 g | Sugar |
| 3 nos | Egg |
| 2 tsp | Vanilla essence |
| 1 tsp | Baking powder |
| Apple slices |
Instructions
Remove the skin of the apple and cut it into long thin slices.
Mix all the above ingredients except the apple pieces using an electric mixer. take the flat tray in the oven and apply butter on the surface.spread thecake batter on the tray evenly with a spatula. arrange the apple pieces on the batter and bake it in the oven at 160 centigrade for half an hour.
Notes
serve with cream.
