appam

soak raw rice and boiled rice in proportion 3:1

add handful urad dal and 1 tsp vendiyam

for three hours and grind dilutedly and a half cup of coconut

while grinding u can use coconut water

allow to ferment overnight

add 2 tsp sugar or coconut milk half cup

2 tsp salt, a pinch of soda

pour two scoop of batter appam mavu

hold the tava with cloth on either side

rotate well and close with lid

poke inthe middle to see wheather cooked properly

cup Coconut scarbed
2 tsp Vendayam
10 g Urad dal
1 tsp Soda
2 tsp Sugar
