Aloo Paneer paratha

Description

Best had hot from the tawa on rainy days when you wanna beat the chill……
Ingredients
3 Potatoes medium sized
200 g Paneer
2 Green chillies
½ tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
½ tsp Amchoor powder
1 Onion
3 cup Wheat flour
¼ cup Refined oil

Instructions

Boil potatoes in cooker upto 2 whistles. Mash and add grated paneer, finely chopped onion, salt, garam masala, chopped green chillies, amchoor powder, and mix well.

 Make dough of flour and keep for 15 mts. Make rotis with dough, put the stuffing inside, wrap from all sides and roll out slowly.

 

 Cook on tawa on both sides using oil and serve hot with curds or butter.
