| 3 nos | Pealed garlic |
| 1 tsp | Finely chopped ginger |
| 3 nos | Green chili |
| 1 no | Chopped onion |
| 3 slice | Ripe tomatoes |
| 2 nos | Chopped onions |
| 2 tsp | Ghee |
| 1 cup | Green peas |
| 1 T | Finley chopped corriander leaves |
| 1 pinch | Turmeric powder |
| 1 pinch | Salt(according to taste) |
| 1 tsp | Fennel seed |
Instructions
Grind pealed garlic, finely chopped ginger, green chili, chopped onions and fennel seed with a little water.
Heat the ghee on the stove. Add the paste to it and saute till you get a nice aroma.
Add the chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
Then add the tomotoes and green peas. Sprinkle some water and leave it closed for around 2 mins.
Add salt, and turmeric powder and leave it till the tomaotoes are nicely mashed.
Add the chopped corriender leaves and serve along with Chapathi or Parata or Dosa.
