Avocoda just a different soup| Ingredients | |

| 1 no | Avocado, small (ripe) |
| 1 no | Onion(chopped finely) |
| 1½ cup | Milk |
| 1 T | Corn flour |
| 1 no | Vegetable stock cube |
| 1 tsp | White pepper powder |
| 1½ tsp | Black pepper powder |
| ½ T | Corainder leaves |
| ½ T | Oil |
| Salt (as per taste) |
Instructions
Mix corn flour with boiled milk and leave it to boil for 2 minutes & keep aside.
Saute onion till it turns into brown color. Add vegetable stock & pour 2 glasses of water, stir it for a few minutes. Add corn milk, white pepper powder & switch off the stove. Now add peeled mashed avocado to this and stir it well, add black pepper and salt. Garnish it with chopped coriander. Serve it hot…
Notes
Do not grind or boil Avocoda more coz it may give bitterness.
