We know very well that soyachunks r very rich in proteins, pepper soyachunks curry, a very good side dish for rice dishes…give a trial..
Ingredients-1 | |

1 cup | Soyachunks |
¼ cup | Green peas(cooked) |
1 no | Onion chopped |
½ no | Tomato chopped |
2 nos | Bay leaves, cloves n cinnamon sticks |
2 tsp | Oil n salt as per taste |

1 tsp | Garlic |
2 no | Cloves n cinnamon sticks |
1 tsp | Peppercorns |
1 tsp | Cumin seeds |
1 tsp | Fennel seed |
1 tsp | Ginger |
2 nos | Red chillies |
Instructions
Grind as fine paste with every ingredients from table 2..keep aside..heat oil in a kadai, once the oil is hot add the cloves, bayleaves n cinnamon sticks, stir them until they turns brown, now add the chopped onions n chopped tomatoes n stir them continously until they cook well, add the grounded paste to the onion n tomatoes, stir them until the raw smell goes on n oil get separates, meanwhile heat one cup of water in a pan with 1/4 tsp of salt, add the soyachunks to the hot water n cook until they double their volume, put off the stove n drain the cooked soyachunks in a colander, squeeze out the excess of water..add the cooked soyachunks n cooked green peas to the spiced onion n tomatoes mixture, add salt as per taste n cook them in medium flame until the oil get separates from the curry..
Garnish with coriander leaves n serve hot as side…

priya, i never tried anything with soya, i have a question will soya taste good, it will be like panner, please let me know
Hi Dana…soya chunks r good for health, they r very rich in proteins, they dont taste like paneer, but ressembles like mutton..hope this helps u..
