palak paratha

Description

palak parathathis is special for kids children avoid taking vegetables specially spinch which are highly nutritive

this is one of the simplest way to prepare diet which is easy as well nutritious spicy dish

Ingredients
1 bunch Spinach leaves
2 stks Curry leaves
2 stks Pudina leaves
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Coriander and turmeric powder
2 tsp Chillli powder
2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • take the spinch leaves boil in cup full of water with bit salt for 2-3 minutes and allow to cool
  • put in blender along with jeera curry leaves,pudina
  • this mixture could be mixed 2 cup atta drought alongwith coriander powder, chilli powder ,turmeric powder and garam masala
  • roll the drought into samll equal pieces
  • spread roll using belan into triangular shape or square shape
  • heat the tava
  • cook properly on either side
  • serve with yogurt/sauce/pickle
