cut ladies finger into small pieces keep aside

soak a small quantity of tamarind and keep aside

take kadai add two tsp oil add small onion,big onion,4 tsp jeera,3 tsp coriander seeds, 5 red chilly

fry till onion becomes light brown to that add coconut scrabed add half tomato if interested

and fry

allow to coolthe mixture and grind

fry the ladies finger in oil till its slippery goes to this add tamarind pulp juice and allow to boil for  few minutes

add1tsp turmeric

add salt according to ur  taste

add the grinded paste

allow to boil

decorate it with coriander leaf and serve with rice

Ingredients
100 g Ladies finger
2 tsp Salt
1 cup Tamarind pulp
1 cup Coconut (grated)
1 nos Big onion
10 no Small onion

Instructions

pls use tamarind pulp juice as required depending on your taste

Notes

can keep for a week flavour of the kolambu increases as days goes

    It will be nice if you could give measurement of onions , Coconut etc to get the exact flavor and taste. An uploaded picture of the same is an added plus. Kindly update the recipe with measurements of all ingredients.
