Description
This a non spicy , mild Stew [kurma] made with lots of vegetables ,prawn and coconut milk. Hope u will like it.
Ingredients-1 | |

1 cup | Mixed vegetables |
20 nos | Prawn/shrimp[cleaned] |
Ingredients-2 | |

1 no | Big sized onion[half for grinding and half finely chopped for sauting] |
½ no | Tomato[chopped for grinding] |
1 no | Green chilly[slit open] |
1 T | Fennel seed |
½ T | Poppy seeds |
1 T | Ginger garlic paste |
2 nos | Cloves |
One inch cinnamon stick | |
1 T | Roasted gram [odacha kadalai] |

1 T | Corriander powder |
1 tsp | Garam masala powder |
pinch | Turmeric powder |
Salt as per taste | |
1 cup | Coconut milk |
Oil and ghee [as per need] | |
Corriander leaves for garnishing |
Instructions
1. Take a pan add oil, chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute well till it turns translucent.
2.Add Vegetables and prawn and saute well .
3.Grind all the contents in ingredient no.2.
4.Now add the ground content to the pan and mix well untill the raw smell disappears.
5.Now add corriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and salt and mix well.Add water and allow the vegetables to boil.
5.When vegetables and prawn are almost cooked add coconut milk to the content and allow the whole content to boil well ,add water if u find the Stew [Kurma] very thick .
Garnish with corriander leaves.
Prawns in Mixed Vegetable Stew is ready to be served.
