Rasam powder is a high light in making rasam. we can prepare rasam powder at our home itself.

| ½ cup | Toor dhal |
| 1 cup | Red chilli |
| 1½ cup | Corrainder seeds |
| ½ cup | Jeera seeds |
| 1 T | Pepper corns |
| 3 tsp | Mustard seeds |
| 2 tsp | Fenugreek seed |
| ½ cup | Curryleaves |
| 3 T | Turmeric powder |
| 4 clove | Garlic |
Instructions
Dry roast each ingrediant seperately and powder together or keep under hot sun till dry and powder together. preserve it in a tight container. rasam will be very tasty. rasam powder we can prepare at home also.garlic is optional.
