Chicken BriyaniHi, Mullai I have come across lot of sites But ur site is on of the best site i have ever seen U post good recipes everyday !! Can you Please give me idea on chicken briyani as whever i cook biriyani in Rice cooker the Rice mixes up and turns watery(Thick ), I need the briyani to be in Resturant style where each of the rice should be separted i use bastmathi rice only Please suggest me an idea Bhuvana

 Hi devi, I came across ur post , here is an idea , while i cook briyani , i cook basmati rice separtely in rice cooker , & prepare chicken gravy then mix well . For cooking 1 cup basmati rice the quantity water should not exceed between 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup of water, and while mixing the chicken gravy with rice let the rice cool off then mix , so rice stays in shape I hope this help u devi » reply
