| 5 | Broccoli florets |
| 2 cup | Wheat flour |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| ½ tsp | Red chilli powder |
| ½ tsp | Garam masala |
| Oil (for brushing) | |
| ½ tsp | Pao bhaji masala |
| ½ tsp | Amchur powder |
Instructions
Grate the brocolli florets along with the thandu part. Add wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder,pao bhaji masala, amchur and garam masala.
Add water and make soft dough.
Make rotis and bake on both sides on tawa. Add little oil and roast on both sides till golden brown.
Serve hot with achaar or raita.
Notes
U can omit pao bhaji masala if u dont have it. Just increase the spice level accordingly. For health conscious people, u can leave the oil and just serve toasted rotis. But better if u have it hot….
