Hi I am living at Taiwan where getting dals is very difficult. My husband loves Vada and after coming to Taiwan i dont make Vadas so often as Uradh dal and Channa dal are not available here.Even if it is available , its very very expensive.So i have started experimenting vadas with the dal which i get here, that is Moong dal, Paasi paruppu in tamil.
